HEALTH BENEFIT ONLINE JOURNEY
Creating a digital route for appointees to submit a health benefit application on behalf of someone else.
My Role
I was the delivery team Service Designer.
Main Goal
Design a feasible online MVP journey that would provide value for appointee users from day 1 while facilitating strategic iterations in the future.
ASSET LOSS INTERVENTION
Tackling the frequent loss of ID access cards by internal staff that poses a physical and cyber risk through measurable interventions.
My Role
I was the Design Delivery Lead.
Main Goal
Deliver a package of behavioural interventions to reduce the risk of ID card loss at military bases using a repeatable service design approach.

SITE OF THE FUTURE
Reimagining the future forecourt experience and innovative food offerings at petrol stations with the rise of electric vehicles.
My Role
I supported Service Design discovery and Research.
Main Goal
Deliver recommendations that details the direction for a transformed forecourt experience.
