HEALTH BENEFIT ONLINE JOURNEY
A government welfare department is on a transformation journey to enable the most vulnerable citizens alternative routes to applying for financial aid without solely relying on a slow, paper-based route.
My Role
I was the Lead Service Designer.
Main Goal
Design a feasible online MVP journey that would provide value for appointee users from day 1 while facilitating strategic iterations in the future.
ASSET LOSS INTERVENTION
A government defence department wanted to improve personnel's cyber behaviours with behavioural interventions that were trialled, measured and scalable for other bases to implement easily.
My Role
I was the Design Delivery Lead.
Main Goal
Deliver a behavioural intervention to reduce the risk of ID card loss at military bases using a repeatable service design approach.

SITE OF THE FUTURE
With the rise in electric vehicles, a British multinational oil and gas company wanted to understand use cases for a transformed forecourt experience and how this would align with their evolving customer needs.
My Role
I supported Service Design discovery and Research.
Main Goal
Deliver recommendations that details the direction for a transformed forecourt experience.
